With our catering service you will receive a professional presentation of your menu selection and your buffet table will be dressed with white linens and skirting.  In addition, all hot food will be displayed in chaffing dishes and cold salads will be iced and garnished.  Disposable products are used unless china service is requested. 

You may add china service to your catered event for an additional fee.  This service includes china dinner plates, gtlasses, coffee cups and flatware.  Your guest  tables will be preset with white linen table clothes, linen napkins, flatware, salt & pepper, water glasses and ice water.  In addition, servers will be provided to clear dishes as your guest are finished with their meals.
